I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Mountain Home for a family visit. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I appreciated their pet-friendly policy. Our suite was immaculately clean and tidy, and while the beds could have been a bit softer, that's to be expected in most motels. We found a great little diner in town for breakfast since we missed the hotel's breakfast hours. The hotel also had a lovely breakfast staff and a nice variety of food.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Everything was great and exceeded high expectations. We appreciated this pet-friendly hotel. The rooms were brand-new, amazingly comfortable and with a king bed.

Hotel offered a great selection of meals for continental breakfast. This location was particularly good and marvellous, just off several restaurants well worth the money with many value added services. Lucky that it was not too far away from Mcdonald's, offering food to go.

The hotel in Mt Home is in need of some improvements. Guests have mentioned outdated furniture and carpets that could use a professional cleaning. However, the staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms are clean, with comfortable beds and a nice variety of breakfast options. The hotel is also conveniently located near several attractions, such as Gaston's for dinner and West Plains.

Some guests have reported issues with mold and torn curtains in their rooms.

There was a funky smell in the lobby and hallways. It was very strong like a mold or mildew. I was happy that it wasn't in the room but when I woke up the next day I could smell it there as well. The hot-tub was out of order but was not disclosed in the info prior to booking. Had I known that I would have booked at another place that was cheaper next door. We ended up being able to go next door to use their indoor hot-tub at The Hampton Inn (which smelled MUCH better) but had to have the staff left us in the door each time. I booked this even though it cost more because of the outdoor hot-tub but had I known it was out of service I would have booked The Hampton Inn and saved money. The breakfast was below par for the price of the room. Nothing tasted very good at all. I regret spending so much on this room. I also don't like how Booked.net advertises you can cancel for free but in the conformation email it states there is a charge to cancel. What is the point of advertising this and not honoring it once it's booked? I won't book through his again.

The new and clean rooms here are incredibly comfortable with a spacious king bed, and having a shower and hairdryer is a nice bonus.

Immaculate cleanliness, neat suite, new and clean tub, roomy and comfortable, friendly and punctual housekeepers, replaceable towels.

There's a coffee maker and a spot to chill out, plus a place to write your notes in the room. Also, the bed here is amazing 😊. They offer a good mix of food options for your breakfast needs, including a variety for a continental breakfast.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, pet friendly, variety in grab and go breakfasts, good variety for breakfast.

All was good.
